Whalers Won an Award

I Guess I Can Call Myself an Award-Winning Author

A week or so ago, I received an email that I was most certainly not expecting. The subject line read: “Literary Titan Book Award Winner.”

I hadn’t entered myself into any sort of book contest. I never considered doing that. I’ve been requesting reviews and reaching out to beta-readers and whatnot, but never entered into any contests. When I opened the email, here’s what it said:

We are proud to present Whalers with the Literary Titan Book Award. Following the recent review of your book through our Book Review Service, it was automatically entered into our Literary Book Award competition. Your book deserves extraordinary praise, and we are proud to acknowledge your hard work, dedication, and writing talent.

Apparently, any book that requests a review through their book review service is automatically entered into their Book Award Contest. I had Whalers reviewed by Literary Titan some weeks back. You can read their 5 star review here. But never would I have guessed to receive this kind of praise.

According to their posting, winners of the Literary Titan Gold Book Award are “books that exhibit exceptional storytelling and creativity. This award celebrates novelists who craft compelling narratives, create memorable characters, and weave stories that captivate readers. The recipients are writers who excel in their ability to blend imagination with literary skill, creating worlds that enchant and narratives that linger long after the final page is turned.

I am truly honored. When Whalers releases next week, you already know what it is going to say on the top of the book description:

WINNER OF THE LITERARY TITAN GOLD BOOK AWARD.

Not bad for a debut.

Whalers releases in just three days. Please pick up your copy on Amazon on February 18th, and remember to leave a review! For how YOU can help with the release of Whalers, click the link below.

HOW YOU CAN HELP WHALERS RELEASE SUCCESSFULLY.

Love you guys.
